Bio

Originating from the windy city of Chicago, IL, Malik Joseph ​Rayfield is an up-and-coming filmmaker and visual artist ​with a passion off storytelling and visual creativity. A ​graduate of F.I.R.S.T. Institute, Malik has developed a ​diverse portfolio showcasing his dedication and drive in the ​art of filmmaking.

During his time at F.I.R.S.T. institute, Malik improved his ​skills in various aspects of Film production, working closely ​with industry professional and participated in workshops. ​Working as a camera operator for live events, music videos ​and behind the scenes for a short film. His education ​provided a strong foundation in Camera operation, editing, ​and storyboarding. He is known for his dedication and drive ​when it comes to the art of filmmaking.

Driven by the desire to create impactful thought-provoking ​content, Malik plans to continue to explore new storytelling ​techniques and visual styles. He is particularly interested ​in projects of an experimental nature, science fiction and ​those meant to inspire meaningful conversations.
